I hate these sort of articles... "cyclists" are not all jerks anymore than drivers are. With both cars and bikes there are situations where you might break a road rule because of safely, by accident or some other reason. many saying "Bikers go the wrong way down the street, ride on the sidewalk, run red lights.. etc"

I foolishly thought there wouldn't be a sequel. I like the first one until the end when it totally jumped the shark for me. It actually has two endings, one that could have made better sense and then another that looked tacked on to make the ending seem "happy". Neither made much room for a second film. I would

I don't too much hate should be thrown in his direction. Any one of us despite our "morals" might do the same and hope for the best if we were in his shoes and if it meant finally getting money for research we really cared about. Discovery channel on the other hand has become the worst of everything we hate about

I saw an exhibition of his work.. not long after Alien came out I think and his work is really large and even more amazing in real life. I remember searching for a couple years to find his Necronomicon book, few places would sell it in boston where I lived as it was considered pornographic.

I'd like to know what his techniques are as well, digital or not, it's very impressive. Each image tells a better story and really brings you in.

The comic book store I worked at in the 80s helped sell several of Action #1 over the 5 years I was there but it was all done through the owner and the warehouse part of the business so I never even laid eyes on one of those copies. First appearance of batman, Spiderman, Fantastic Four, yes but never Action #1

L'homme invisible by HG Wells. (I've been re reading classic sic-fi from my childhood in French lately. mostly Verne, Wells and maybe Herbert in the near future.) I still liked the story but it's pretty slow and I had forgot how the invisible man was less a monster and more a big douche bag. LOL

extra points fro the 80s flash gordon influences!

If I stop screamming I'll tell you what i think of the smile club

That is a very good explanation. Baker was my first doctor but i dont remember seeing the everyday people much if at all. Even so, we see on earth the poorest of places with cell phones and other stuff so it seems weird, maybe if there was even some galifreyian (?) writing on something i think it would have sold it

I was reminded of Midnight as well. The thing that bothered me about this episode was the barn... why would the super advanced planet of Gallifrey have hay, victorian styles houses and very earth-like barns? I know it's nick-picky but it took me out of the story.

i used a no bark collar on my dog since he would howl when left alone and it worked well. I tried it on myself first and it wasn't painful and in fact he made it clear a few times he would bark if really wanted to. I never used one to train him, just break the howling habit. I switched to a spray collar later in and

I loved Roger Rabbit but I have a feel Paul Rueben's voice would have made it even better for me. I think he was perfect for a cartoon rabbit.

I am surprised no one is making a bigger deal over the "did you fall or did he push you" and the "one of us is lying about his programming" parts of the episode. The answer tells a lot about this new Doctor is he is more willing to kill someone and be somewhat glib about it.

i keep reading the headline as "which character has the hottest pecks of all time" why is that?

I have experienced acupunture, it doesn't work . Not because i say so, but because it fails over and over when competently tested.

I am one of those people who criticize Sunshine for that ending, but I never got or heard that interpretation of it. I think I'll give it another look and see if you've changed my opinion of it. I loved a really big chunk of it.

Funny you should say that. After all the crap that happened to her a friend was convinced she was going to be killed by hyenas or wolves or something after she made it to earth... or shot by a hunter by mistake. He just couldn't believe anyone would survive all that (and they wouldn't really). Still he and I think it

it's sort of like how not everyone can appreciate a movie that is so bad it's good, and then hate you for putting them through... let's say Star Crash. (A movie I LOVE)

I got it the first time around as did everyone I saw it with, but WFT: the movie is still an appropriate alternative title. Even if you get it, it is still just as weird.
