I myself can't understand the fascination with My Little Pony, but the resulting gifs and memes alone are hilarious enough to justify Bronydom.

God those English decks sound so hard to choose from...If I can get Nui then I'm down.

I am no Brony and have no interest in becoming one, but if the gift for entering Bronydom were that hat, I would dash through that gate faster than any colt you have ever seen.

Not exactly relevant, but guys, the original Digimon Adventure is getting a direct sequel series next year featuring the original Digidestined as high schoolers!! Unexpected to say the least...

Everyone does; how could you not?

El Psy Congroo.

Recommended for Kids on the Slope - definitely my favourite Watanabe series...though I think the manga has a more satisfying conclusion; still, the series is one of my favourites.

I'm probably not being objective, but I don't think it's the world-building being lost that is the problem (actually I think it's been quite faithful in terms of adaptation of the scenes). It's more that the characters are far less fleshed out and interesting because the animation style chosen has eliminated reaction

I think it's a pretty poor adaptation of the manga, which is quite fun to read. A lot of the charm is lost and the character designs and personalities are quite different or far less distinctive.

It could be a far better anime, but it is decent. It's nowhere near as engaging so far as Ga-Rei Zero though.

As a general rule, I try to forget Transformers Energon.

The 2003 Armada Unicron was incredibly cool too.

The narrator really sells the jokes. Momoka is hilariously petty person. It's delightful.

Don't bother. The magnitude of the extent to which this series is terrible would require paragraphs of explanation. Simply though, the pacing is terrible, characters are laconic for the sake of plot contrivance to guise a lack of plot, and the mystery that is the only thing sustaining the series is obvious after a

White Album 1 is a mess.

WA2 is full of school drama, but nobody gets a happy ending. It's in no way heart-warming. Though I was just coming out of a relationship , so I probably wasn't being objective at the time. So yeah, perhaps you're right.

Tokyo ESP is a really poor adaptation in my opinion. I'm trying to write something up about it for Anitay, but I need to word my reasoning carefully, as I would like to bring about a broader discussion. It is in some ways related to the discussion you and I had about female characters.

I feel that Richard needs a

White Album 2 is a great relationship series that is really depressing.

Honestly, I think that sustained depression is just a guise for a lack of plot. While it might be reflective of human characteristics, Akashi and everyone else's chronic inabilities to communicate directly with one another are just plot contrivances, rather than just sustaining the atmosphere. Evidence for this is the

Kind of looked like a high quality fan film to me, but not a legitimate, broadcast-worthy series.

You're welcome. ;)

I seriously have to go and watch Philosopher's Stone now for my Hagrid fix.

Threw me out of the entire experience that did.

Don't worry, he'll be resurrected as Larry in the next book...
