You don’t need all that sugar. Use unsweetened apple sauce as a base and add other things to flavor it. You will end up with a much healthier snack. Look for fruit leathers for other ideas.

Oh God come on...not everything needs to be so crazy, does it? Can we just drink beer or does it now need to be complicated? I can guarantee the best beer I ever had (German, had it at 8k ft) tasted great because I enjoyed it out of whatever and didn’t sweat the small stuff.

I would also recommend planning ahead and going at a time when the gym won’t be packed (i.e. probably in the morning). I tried going to a new gym at 6 once and it was super overwhelming because everyone was there, you had to wait for a lot of machines and there wasn’t really a chance to get into a flow. It can kill…
