Just an FYI, and this is not advice - I found that the way to avoid hangovers was to drink more frequently. I don’t recommend drinking a lot most days but if you do you will find that severe hangovers are basically eliminated.

Not surprisingly the answer is no.  This is one of those things that makes sense on a superficial level but should not be used to hide evidence of a crime with severe legal penalties not to mention the potential to hurt yourself or others.

I think your earnings in a Roth are going to be taxed as income if you withdraw early. You won’t have the penalty if you use them for qualified education expenses but there will be additional taxes. Plus your state may let you write of a portion of your 529 contributions.
