Their work conditions are hardly soul crushing, I worked there 2 dif seasons. They pay above average for the area, the hours are long but that means overtime and lots of it; just in time for Christmas. You don’t lift heavy things, you don’t get dirty, Amazon is hardly that bad of an employer.
