I guess they can't all be Peter Gallagher.

The fight seemed really forced and escalated way too quickly. They went from foot massaging to complete meltdown in no time at all. And Delaney's not a good enough actor to have pulled off that whiplash transition with practically no prompting.

The "How I Met Your …" twist was brilliant and hilarious and totally sucked me in before the reveal. I had to watch it three times in a row.

I just about fell off the couch when Todd taunted J.D. Salinger to suck a dick.

I found Maslany's mouse character strangely attractive.

Is he from that show House of Pies?

I know a guy who is virulently anti-Aliens, but he's the kind of person that reflexively hates anything popular.

If it's what these people want to do and they're not hurting anyone, who the fuck cares?

See, this is why Jared is screwed. People who don't know the details of the Townshend case come out the woodwork to make their "har har child porn" jokes, and that will taint him forever regardless of actual facts. Same with Jared now.

RON PAUL 2016

Gillian Anderson is the best actor on this show, followed by Mads. I would have been perfectly content if this entire season just ended up following the two of them on their European adventures.

Are we supposed to know why she threw Will off the train? If she wanted to kill him, why didn't she just do it back in Lithuania?

I really hope the AV Club does an RIP article for Chris Squire. I know that prog is a four-letter word on this site, but the dude was the backbone of one of the most colossally successful (and, for about 10 years, musically adventurous) rock bands that ever existed.

Even when I was a kid I thought pro wrestling was for retards.

Awww, look at all those hardware and software companies with dreams of VR dancing in their eyes. They're adorable!

I watched both Winter Sleep and Leviathan this week (I guess I needed my fill of long depressing foreign films).

Kate Mulgrew, absolutely. She knows how to shade her performance with subtlety.

Thanks, but I can't take credit for it. That line came from the great Roger Ebert.

Uzo Aduba was so over-the-top in this episode, I thought she was going to launch into space. Acting hint: just because your character is named "Crazy Eyes" doesn't mean you have to speak every single one of your lines with a theatrically exaggerated gesture.

Is it me, or is Veep way funnier than Silicon Valley?
