Hahaha that reminds me of the time I was cleaning out my brother’s closet after he got married. I learned Dutch using Pimsleur’s CDs. I’d listen to them on my commute to work over 2 or 3 months. It’s pretty cool. I learned enough to get myself a bottle of free wine from a restaurant owner in Amsterdam. :)

Ha. We had our bathroom redone a few years ago and it took two weeks. Since I had to stay home and supervise, I decided to resurface our cabinets. They looked shocked to see me doing the work by myself but it won their grudging respect.
