It really truly amazes me that people think that kind of joke is funny. I’m looking into fostering right now, and holy shit there are so many forms and questions! It’s very intrusive. One part even asked if I had ever had fertility treatments, which baffled me as I don’t understand what that has to do with my ability to parent.
