Sandler is okay but Will Ferrell brings the manic desperation and big moustache energy necessary to play Turner D. Century in the next Sony not Spider-Man blockbuster.

So what I’m getting from this is: It’s been too long since I’ve watched Inside Llewyn Davis.

Is there a “White Bro” alert that goes out to summon them to spam articles? Because there is no reason for them to be here in such large numbers. They did the same on a “True Detective” piece recently. Not buying there’s this much real interest in an episode of SNL.

Marvel and Sony have all they need in Spidey’s extensive rogue’s gallery. Doom is a churl and a bounder. None approach the sublime, gentlemanly qualities of Turner D. Century.

Clive Owen seems to have somehow fallen through the cracks at one point 15 years ago, which is a real shame as he’s a really compelling actor to watch.

The best way to adapt F4 would be to set the stage in the first flick, then go FULL Hickman for the next howeverthefuckmany flicks.

If there are flashbacks to Peru, there had better be a Home for Retired Bears in there. That’s the cinematic universe I’m here for.

It’s not enough to quietly not air it, he wants everyone to praise him for not airing it, and then maybe air it anyway. What a prince.

Translation: He’s going to air it after this announcement gets more traction.

They adapted the full book in one amazing season and then got greedy. Maybe I would’ve liked more the season two if it focused more on the isolation/wilderness/survival/relationships of the first one, because even in the first season the supernatural aspects were the weakest ones.
This third season concept sounds again…

That first season was one of my favorite seasons of TV to come out in 20 years. I couldn’t make it through the second, though I really wanted to.

I’m surprised and heartened by people not knowing who this guy is.

Call me old fashioned, but I remember when they used to hire famous and/or talented people to host SNL.
