But my Wi-Fi bars on my iPhone 4 are almost always on 2...whereas on my 3GS, they were full. I can sit next to the router - and still see it fluctuate between 2 and 3 bars...I don't like that

I haven't seen any posts yet about whether the bumper does fix the signal issue. I ordered mine on Friday - and it arrived this morning (I was amazed too!) - it doesn't look bad...and my signal is constantly on full.
