Too bad. It was actually a pretty decent car if you spec’ed it the right way. Sooner not later, GM is going to need to produce a vehicle that is worth owning in the low 20's. Their current offerings: Trax, Trailblazer, and Malibu. I commend them for having three vehicles in the price bracket, but they all suck big

I’ll entertain an argument that it makes sense to name large, organized, impactful winter storms as we would, say, hurricanes. A separate question is, should a TV channel be the authority to do so?

“Who are these people putting up 40K$ for bail?”

RE: #12 EVs/Everything... They're still cars with suspension, powertrains, interiors, complex electronics and even coolant pumps.   There's less to break but it's still a car you will have to take care of, unless you're one of those people who buys a new car every 3 years.

Harrassed young black people because they were in a nice newer car? Are we sure he’s not a small town cop as well?

Fore/aft motorized seats are an abomination. If it can’t be shoved back immediately by grabbing a handle, it’s already broken.

The report on this in the Guardian (UK Newspaper) had a quote from cop saying that the penalty for driving without a license is six points on your license - and I think that says a lot about the legal system and logical cop thinking in the UK.

Ok. Slowly and clearly.

Peterson: Neither of us are white.

Yes.

That’s a cheap shot, especially when you consider that the battery fires didn’t become an issue until the 2019 model year, when LG relocated production. Almost all of the fires are among ‘19 models, with only a few among ‘17-’18s and none at all in ‘20 models and up.

Take your damn star, and don't forget those unexplained fires are STILL a matter for the courts.

They did it, those crazy bastards actually did it....

It’s remarkable how people used to pull right up to the tennis court, poolside, steeplechase course, ski jump, parallel bars, archery range, active runway...

Yessir!

This is vertical integration, a very old strategy for making cars that was out of fashion for decades until Elon Musk came along and said he wanted to do everything in-house and everyone called him an idiot, because he is”

It’s vertical intgration, alright, because nearly every carmaker in the world keeps certain parts of the parts and processes to themselves: namely, powertrains.

RFK Jr. is considered to be one of the “Dirty Dozen of Disinformation”. I’m not a fan of social media but damn if he hasn’t been banned repeatedly for his dumb takes on everything.

Pretty much every diesel bro in my town.

Normally it goes the other way (General to roadways). I mean when was the last time road taxes/fee increase. Fuel tax? Nope - not since the early 90s and do you think construction cost have gone up since then?
