@hostile-17: This is what it looks like when it happens. I haven't had it happen in a long time. I didn't even think about it until someone else described it, then it clicked.

@hostile-17: I wondered that, too. It seems they are referring to a frozen window, dragged on the screen, creating a trail of window outlines, like the display.

@repleter: I only did it as a way to get the bookmarks/tags into Google Bookmarks, then deleted them from FF. I see this was an unnecessary step, now.

@avalon73: Great link - wish I'd seen that before. Thanks - I'll link it in Google Bookmarks now, since I would have used Delicious before...

Interesting fact about Pinboard, from their "about" page:

Don't forget you can import Delicious (tags included) to FF. You can then use the Google Toolbar to sync those to Google Bookmarks.

@kleinfelter: I had to use [api.del.icio.us] instead of the one without "v1" in it. I also could only get it to work in IE for some reason. Either way, thank you SO much for pointing this out, because it did work.

It bothers me it's not called "Saver." Why an "F"? I could justify a "V" with the "extra-vehicular." It just sounds better to me.

You can also set each separate calendar's time zone. Then the appointment never changes, just the displayed time, depending on which time zone you're in. This helps fix problems with mobile devices that automatically change time zones when you travel.

@feikname: You could make a separate calendar and set its time zone as the one you're traveling to. Then the appointment never changes, just the displayed time. When you're in Chicago it will show up as 8, then 9 when you arrive in that time zone.

@njefferson: wow...that picture came out big...

You can also display two time zones on the left side of the calendar to see what time an event is in each place while reviewing your schedule.

@JesterEE: Very good point. I hope they don't read this article

A good reason to not trust political ads that bash someone then have a little blurb at the end, "paid for by the people who really hate that guy"
