@TaylorCbb: Good point. There is something that makes everyone want to cling to like minded people and ostracize all others. I see churches do it, too, and it is a pet-peeve of mine. I guess it is human nature, but really surprising from higher intelligence people like those I expect to find on this site.

@yandereboat: Some of these aren't jokes. Those are the ones I feel are inappropriate. I can take jokes all day long. Insults aren't jokes, though.

Why post something like this that will incite anti-Christian statements? The post itself isn't necessarily offensive, but comments calling my faith a superstition is.

@Lincoln Burrows: I didn't know that key combo - genius! Thanks! Very slick

@icebalm: Agreed. I've used my Rocketfish headphones to run with my iPhone (using Runkeeper) and have been controlling the volume and pausing the music with them since OS3. Still can't skip tracks with the next/previous buttons on the headphones, though. I was really hoping for that in iOS4. That's what I hoped to

@Augure: Ah, as in associate your face with your account so that other instances of your face link to your account - as opposed to linking a single picture with no future consequences. If that's what you mean, then I understand now.

"We accidentally set the signal strength to display as (x+2). Holding the phone too tightly squeezes the parenthesis together and makes it appear as (x). We will be releasing a patch soon that raises the displayed signal strength to a narrower formula of (2x), which should prevent you from seeing the drop any more.

@Augure: They can do that already - they can "tag" you in any photo they want, manually. Unless I misunderstand your argument?

@rivalius13: I think it worked, but when I turn around to see the corrected image, it's broken again.

@qballdz: Apple says we shouldn't look at it that way, and the problem will be fixed.

@MC Double Def DP: Yeah, something isn't working right. Registry it is. Thanks for trying, I appreciate the help

@orchidellia: I just re-jailbroke and turned off the multi-tasking. It works like before. Not sure if backgrounder is 4.0 compatible, but will wait until it is if necessary. 4.0 is much better on 3G without it, so I believe Apple made the right decision on that point.

@MC Double Def DP: Thanks for the help, though. I agree, too, that desktop shortcuts never give me any trouble.

@MC Double Def DP: Unfortunately the delete key won't get rid of anything in mine. Maybe Win7 "feature."

@AD: This works great if there are plastic covered mattresses. When the lights are off, proclaim loudly that you're going to be sick. Make vomiting noises and pour a can of chunky soup (opened before the even) on the mattress. When the lights come on, look at the pile and say, "looks good, actually," then grab a

I just copied some Steam shortcuts to my Win7 "Games" menu. It created dead icons and there is no way for me to delete them. No menu item is available, undo doesn't work, and right-click provides no menu.

@jbarr: I missed that one before - great, easy reference. Thanks

I love the first picture for introducing the article - well done! :D

@pvcrisp: That's entirely the reason I clicked on the article. I want to know about bug repelling voodoo! Little garden gnomes of death that scare or eat all approaching insects (not safe around pets, children, or adults).
