Anyone know of a way to put a clock on your wordpress blog to show people what time it is where you are? It might help my distant Family stop waking me up at odd hours. Something like this would be awesome, if they didn't have to install or click a link to get to it...not that they're lazy, but they already don't do…
@CaptainSquishy: You can use the + trick, too. Very helpful
@theamazingpete: Very good tip I use all the time.
@TheAlp: You can also add a "+" in the email, and use that to filter. Gmail ignores everything after the "+"
For those wondering why you'd need the disk space, it's really helpful on a netbook with a 16GB SSD for a hard drive. 2GB set aside for a feature I don't use is way too much to spare.
@acidrain69: It won't delete the file, just turns off the mode.
@Xaxir: It will exist the moment we are fit to occupy it.

The first Matrix was an actual utopia; however, as humans subconsciously experience misery and suffering as an inherent part of life, they rejected it as being too perfect, and as a result, it was a monumental failure.

It has great bookmarking ability and an awesome full-screen button, as well as menu bars that you can hide individually.
@BigBadRAM: That works really good if you keep one on your keychain or somewhere else it's always accessible.
@ArleenCabango: I can see how that system was extremely efficient! Good on the lady who had a perfect continuity system you could step into! That's incredible!
I have experienced the opposite. A boss who will email you to tell you to walk to his office so he can tell you something...even though it's just down the hall, and he's just sitting with his feet up.
I put this comment (see link) on the open thread first, but now I see where the picture came from. It's the binder clip picture from this article :)
Pretty clever. Mass produced out of plastic, I could see this packaged with balloons for water-bombs just like the hand held water pumps are, these days
I was going to do a one year temporary assignment earlier this year, and I put everything I thought I'd need for that year in a crate that the movers shipped for me. It was under 400 pounds (going to a furnished apartment). I had two suitcases of stuff I kept that I'd need daily until I got there. My travel kept…
@mike_311: I hope you decorate for Christmas every June!
@Bharadhwaj Narayanan: Good point
