@joeld: It's email settings could be set up to quickly send it to Evernote, too. This could be what really gets me to use Evernote. Good tie in, thanks

@Superrrman: "Use Your Handwriting" looks like it's a list, and each thing has to go on a seperate line. If you increase the entry size on this one, you seem to be able to draw on the whole page like a piece of paper. I haven't bought either yet to try it, but will likely go with this one because of that feature. I

@relyk5: Actually, I'm interested in what this can do that Notes cannot. If you select that third size (full screen) for entry, you can draw lines to show relations in the entries, sketch out ideas, brainstorm freely, etc. It's much more than text, and more like how I'd use a pencil on paper. I can see me using

This is a great alternative to Jott now that it charges. I use this with the email input ability to add tasks to Toodledo. Since I have Toodledo saved as a contact, it's easy. I can always look for those tasks later by finding the tasks without context, and use it as a "inbox" to process later. It's a pretty good

Why do I see this article when I Googled for "free postcard," but don't see it on the main Lifehacker page? Is there a shadow Lifehacker government I don't know about?

I really wanted to use this to send a letter from Santa to my kids.

@Gina Trapani : did you get the link for the "Diet Chrome OS" from my #tips post? [lifehacker.com]

I wanted a star

@GrosvenorSatyr: You can manually add treadmill and swimming activity to Runkeeper, though it won't track it for you. Depends if you're looking for all activity in one place, or something to track it. If you take the data off the treadmill readout (assuming there is one) Runkeeper may do it for you.

@NorwoodIsMyHero: Very very true. Google has stayed a good guy, in my eyes, so far, but I wonder if a day will come when it will be challenged and hated by a new following because it became corrupt. I hope not, because they have information on my entire life :)

Google doesn't have a monopoly - it's competing with itself!

@njefferson: oops, it left off "checked!" . . . shouldn't have used brackets to show action . . .

I have "Earn Lifehacker Star" in every horizon of my GTD system. This post was today's Next Action.

@Paintbox: I should have stopped when I seen this warning on top, but no . . . I had to keep reading comments. Thanks for trying to warn me :) #filesharing

@chrisaroz: You won't find the best in each category, but you'll find the most popular. Most people voting have probably only heard of one, or at the very least have not tested all the names that will be thrown in. They can't say which one they think is "best," only which one they've tried and trust.

@happinessiseasy: Awesome, thank you very much. That looks at least a little more reasonable. I should at least be able to run 32 bit by these numbers. I really appreciate it #openthread

Does Win 7 really require 16GB of space to install? I want to put it on my netbook, but the requirements say 16GB of hard drive space. I only have a 16GB SSD for a hard drive, so obviously I don't have that much free space. The update utility failed me for not having enough hard disk space for the same reason.
