Cue Iwata Asks.
I miss the format :( Even though they did a lot of interviews recently.

Plus, all that is only for getting to the final boss. Beating it could require a bit more preparation (the article mentions doing some items collecting in the world).
(Apparently there are also sellers that simply broke the street-date and started selling the game early)
Breath of the Wild is released on both platforms at the same time...
Except those people who had review copies had to agree to an embargo sheet that limited the amount of things they could spoil. And there are tons of stuff they couldn’t talk about.
Yeah, people are basically streaming the full game on Twitch and Youtube. They are playing the pirated versions on a Wii U device.
Sure, piracy rates could be directly correlated to the public image of the company, and not to the game’s quality or value proposition or cost of production.
So it’s mainly if people “like” the company or not (see CDPR being constantly praised, and how they can afford to avoid using DRM as they also own GOG), how the…
and Im guessing the Switch will by far be the top selling console for BoTW.
It’s on Wii U
Sure, now it seems to require a Wii U to play, which limits the pirates to people who... own a Wii U, meaning potential customers instead of random PC pirates (CEMU is not ready yet, but they won’t slack either). For a game that’s supposed to be a “system seller”, it hurt the brand image first to be pirated so easily…
Apparently I was mistaken, they didn’t cover everything. You can do it by doing double battles, have one Pokémon use Entrainment, and get Mimic for your Shedninja (which is a bit involved with exchanging a Pokémon in several different games).
Wonder guard is impossible to put on another Pokémon than Shedninja, because the devs added exceptions for all the ability copying cases. But what you can do is change Shedninja itself (change its typing, give it sturdy...). I’m pretty sure the cases are explained on Bulbapedia.
From memory, Joycons have an autonomy of 20 hours (the Switch is said to be 2.5-6), and charge either:
Then go physical?
And I feel like everyone is forgetting that big games are more likely to come out physically - meaning no install needed to play them if you get the came card.
The Wii-U was disk-based though, it allowed physically-bought games to be installed to play. The Switch does not, as based on the 3DS, is using playable game cards instead.
So I understand the easy answer is just “buy a bigger card”
Which makes sense. I don’t remember ever installing any SNES games back in the day! =)
Simply put:
1) Portable, Cheap, Fast reads, Large capacity, pick 3.
