Side note, the “regular” Audi S8 is no longer orderable for 2016 in the United States. Only the Audi S8 Plus is available. Whats the ‘Plus’ you might ask? A bump from 520hp to 605hp. Also if you check option code ‘PA3’ (Dynamic Pack) you get some carbon fiber trim on the outside, a black sports exhaust, front and rear

That was f*cking hilarious! “You’re lucky, that cup was empty...”

My driving instructor was late one day to pick me up. (He had to get his backup car) The student ahead of me thought when the instructor said “put it in passing gear” to merge on to the highway meant, moving the shift lever from ‘D’ to ‘P’. P for passing gear. Mind you this was an automatic, and as all Jalop’s know

Will you get out of single digits in terms of fuel economy?

To the guy in the F-150:

USB?

Wax on, wax off.

The state of Florida accepts North Carolina’s batshit crazy driver challenge......

Hopefully they put this exhaust on it.... (more or less same engine)

Little FYI a loaded Infiniti QX80 in the US is sporting a 90k price tag.

I can understand it. Its not about being shallow etc. If you are of a certain age bracket, late 30’s+ the Focus ST/RS does have a bit of boy racer image/look that a non-car person would look at and automatically bucket you in with STI’s EVO’s and juvenile delinquents. Its one thing if its going to be your track toy.

Just like in the world of racing if you aren’t cheating, you aren’t trying hard enough. Every manufacturer is setting their cars up to do well on the EPA tests. VW was very blatant in their cheating but lets face it, all of the others cheat (likely a lesser degree). Then again I wouldn’t be surprised if we find out

$1800 for an Escort? I spent way more then that on Escorts before! Nice Price!

So is the Touareg but I know that’s a different engine.

On a side note the 3.0 TDI’s seem to have escaped the guillotine. I know they’re AdBlue so they should be fine, but aren’t the newer 2.0 TDI motors AdBlue as well? By newer I mean 2015+.

I just remembered, House Party 2. Complete with license plate that says “FORPLAY”

Yep. Brad Wesley....

That is a classic movie. It could be a great Jalopnik topic, Top 10 cars driven by movie villains or d-bag characters.

Whenever I think of a 1980’s era Mustang I always think of Road House....

Compared to yesterday’s glue sniffing Ur-Quattro, nice price. As long as the rust isn’t too crazy or makes the car dangerous, NP all day.
