@iswiftny2000: That is a generation joint, and if you smoke enough of them, you can make a double generation joint, but that takes many many roaches. I've gotten to the third generation before falling prey to myself.

@outfed: No such thing I'm afraid. You are allocated a certain amount of bandwidth, and if its all being used, there isn't any more. Best bet would be to limit your downloads enough to be able to browse at the same time.
