I’ll admit the Mustang isn’t the most refined GT out there, but for the moeny it’s an incredible value. To use the redneck analogy does more damage to your reputation than the Mustangs. The 2015 model is far from bad, and still for half the price of the LC-500 you can get a GT350.

Something has to give for it to be serviceable. Integrated exhaust manifold? Turbo upgrade kit comes with new head with removable exhaust manifold. First thought that popped to mind for upgrade (albeit, rather extreme). You can guarantee things will be developed for it that will get around this.

You can still do plenty with that. Manifold porting, larger impeller with a turbine clip, ceramic coating. It’s only the turbine housing. Slap a fatter cold side on it and hog out the turbine area for a larger wheel. Tune the computer. +100 hp easy.

Unless life, ah, finds a way.
