They’re good at operating joint manufacturing facilities and whatnot. But common charging plug standards, car-to-car communication, anything like that? Forget it.

If I remeber correctly, the same thing has/had in India in the motorcycle industry.
They are. The other point of the law is to encourage the foreign maker to leave after the Chinese company has stolen all their secrets and manufacturing knowledge. The Chinese company always has 51% or more control of the company. The Chinese governement can also nationalize the company and its assets ‘for the greater…
I keep hearing that the import tariff and joint venture mandate are a ‘vehicle’ to ‘steal’ IP trade secrets.
He ran China’s second-largest car company, one with ties to both Volkswagen and Toyota.
I’m just impressed with how quickly you put together Part 2...
Here is why Torch is correct:
Mr Torchinsky pointed out that they are crap cans in the most part however the context should be taken into consideration. The Trabbie, for example, is less of a crapcan than much produced by Detroit in the 90's when you take into account the context.
I’d actually turn that entirely on its head. In FE Heroes it’s acceptable because there’s an attainable “best” version of each hero, the only RNG is where it falls on that scale and how much work you’ll have to do in order to upgrade them further. Their rarity/base stats can be improved, and all of their skills can be…
While I agree, it’s the setup that all F2P (at least, character-based ones) use.
That’s basically my take. I enjoy a bit of RNG as I enjoy “loot” games as long at the odds aren’t totally ridiculous. Where it crosses the line is when IAPs and real money start to get involved. Because, yeah, it’s more or less a backdoor way to have gambling.
Destiny’s set up isn’t perfect.
Overusage is a sign of poor planning though, no matter how generous your budget is. If you have all carriers down at the same time due to maintenance, you scheduled wrong. If you increase budget while maintaining poor planning you might patch a few holes but the problem stays the same.
So they’ve got more aircraft and ships than they can maintain. Are they still capable of doing their intended job with the currently operational jets and ships? If so, it’s a sign of having too much equipment, not a sign of a budget shortage.
They’ve been building toward something like this for two years with the “2k ProAm” mode and such.

God I fucking miss this guy!
Let’s remember some other presidents:

I know it’s not a popular take around here, but Under Armour should be focused on manufacturing their products here in America with American workers and materials. You are talking about creating however many jobs it takes to manufacture every Steph Curry shoe sold in this country. So, like 2-3 jobs AT LEAST.
Even further, you MUST be critical of your failures (especially so when casualties are involved) in order to avoid making the same mistakes in the future.
Yeah, because Yemen’s permission means anything to this administration.
