the used car market will still be affected. People will be much more reluctant to buy new, and hang on to their cars longer. And then when they do need to replace their cars, they will just go to used car market instead of the new car market(which they might be priced out of, like i will be).

those cars would still probably be allowed in, but expect the prices to jump 50% to 100%
