So the most important part of this story to you is not that a woman was assaulted but that you don’t get your “nice things” anymore? Nice takeaway.

Akechi was the most predictable character in the game and had a shit tier excuse for who he was, one that we’ve seen millions of times and, I would be okay with him being in the next Persona game just so I could beat his ass again. And no, Royal did nothing for him as someone who only played Royal and not the…
Akechi is a cop that murdered Futabas mother, which in turn made Sad Coffee Dad Sojiro a bachelor for life. There is nothing to like with this kid. I’m glad he died and I hope he is revived to die again. Fight me.
Bugs aside, CP2077 is easily one of the most visually pleasing games I’ve seen in a long long time. Running around with everything on ultra, very much reminds me of playing Crysis for the first time. The world looks absolutely gorgeous, but none more so than the characters.
I don’t think people are arguing to not be critical of Cyberpunk or CDPR, just that every thought published on this site not be filtered through SEO optimization algorithms to bait with headlines that are as divisive as they are irrelevant.
Use this doll to show us where CP2077 hurt you.
Haha right? I’m sure fucking Fortnite is exactly what people had in mind when they heard the initial promise of Cyberpunk.
Kotaku feels like that angry Ex who just can’t get over it, in terms trying to take swipes at CP2077 whenever they can think of it.
If you really want to be strict about it, games omit a lot of everyday life things because games are supposed to be a break from reality. I’d also say you should play more sims(genre). Sure a lot are ridiculous(power wash simulator, goat simulator, etc.), but those generally do represent everyday things being…
I think this is a little dismissive of Persona.
Like rushing to find Ciri before the Wild Hunt catches her and the world is doomed?
I’m also totally surprised by the negative feedback about the urgency of the story. It’s something every other RPG does. Meteor is coming, Reapers approaching, Wild Hunt is chasing the girl, blah blah blah! In comparison to other stories the chip thing feels harmless and obviously the supposed urgency won’t impact the…
Wold still replay this before touching a GTA game.
As someone who worked on it... I’m happy you finally gave it a real chance and got some enjoyment out of it. :)
It’s a great game. People overhyped the hell out of it and the game suffered as a result.
But how can a list like this be anything other than opinions? I don’t care how they phrase it these lists are always opinions.
How does one objectively measure the quality of a videogame?
MODOK is great, dude, I liked your film!
It’s REALLY hilarious that you utterly refuse to accept the reality that some people actually liked the film, because there’s no other possible reality than yours, in which you’ve defined the film as bad, and everyone else is forced to agree with you.
Right. I’m convinced of it - he’d already made it clear he intended to go down the same path Depp did, and we already know that’s had an impact on what victims choose to put forward. Little doubt he’s intimidated women into clamming up.
Though my stance more generally remains: we know what he did to Evan Rachel Wood,…
