I don’t think the MCU is any different than the OT Star Wars films. It’s just longer. You certainly wouldn’t have started with Return of the Jedi.

I don’t know if it will be a feint, or not, but the walkers WILL end up in King’s Landing. I can see them decimating the army at Winterfell before a small contingent of the survivors retreats to KL. The last episode will see the city blown up with the wildfyre, destroying the iron throne, the NK, and possibly the rest…
