Actually, I really hope he does. He’d find out how the world works - that it is easy as hell to throw rocks from the background. But when his past is being dredged up over and over and anything he’s ever said is being used against him he’ll come to realize why our best people would never run for any elected office.

The sad thing about this is that every single example you gave is something that can be fixed! And no matter how much people complain, nothing changes. Why? Money of course. Only way to get shorter games/movies is to stop going to the long ones. If we could quantify, in dollars, what these people are losing then

+1, this is right on. Just like wine-tasting experts have been debunked, I’m pretty sure 95% of all gamers would not know the difference most of the time, but they just want the knowledge that they have a better rig/console/whatever.

I used to like MMORPGs. I had about 100 days played in Everquest and maybe another 1000 hours in LOTR. But as others have said, just no time right now. And I’m not saying that because I have more important things to do. I just need time for my other entertainment options.

The OCD side of me is really interested in this. Dammit. Now I’m going to be forced to 100% every game just to hear that sweet, melodious chime music.

That’s because this list is by critics and they clearly know more than the rest of us peons and certainly more than the Academy.

My 44-year old self just watched it and, yep, my head exploded. This was incredible.

Great deal unless you already own Tomb Raider (I do). But still a good deal otherwise.

Super Mario 64 is still one of the great all-time games. It 100% holds up. Pure fun.

Video games are ruining today’s youth.

Hmm, another feature off by the devs in the past but not implemented by launch? Is No Man’s Sky basically an early access game or is it just a scam?

Only Microsoft published games are guaranteed to. Third parties are not being forced to do this.

Really need people to stop propagating this misinformation. “Every single one of them” WRONG.

The Children of Atom questline was great in Far Harbor. And a great example of the best of Fallout where you can walk that line between good and evil. You can outright destroy them, or play along through much of their questline. And THEN destroy them.

Almost every major character in W3 appears in the earlier games. Certainly having played the others will give you a fuller understanding of their motivations and personalities, but by no means is this required. The game gives you all you need to know.

This is a weird chart. First, why do I care about any other car but my own? I don’t need a chart to see other cars. Second, I can find out how many gallons my car has left by either looking in the manual or googling it. This chart is in some useless order, too. And my car (Ford Flex) isn’t even on it. Or maybe it is.

Hey, don’t be hard on Jim Joyce. Nobody’s perfect.

Ugh, why are these threads always drowning in puns?

Smart man right here. People who get drunk at corporate events while the company leadership is not drinking at all are making a mistake. No, there won’t be any immediate or obvious repercussions, but your bosses know what is going on.

All of my children were consumed after drinks 7 and 8. Are you saying people shouldn’t have children!?!?!
