I live around 100 miles from the Netherlands and we had no winter yet, but since a few days snow has fallen, we’ve had temperatures of 20 degrees Fahrenheit and two days we had kind of “icy rain” that covered streets and windows in a thick layer of ice. These were our first 3 days of winter and snow this season.

Bullshit. It just shows that they gave a lot of thought and discussion into a very heavy topic.
