Would you be super “scared” of the hyperbole headline then?

Really don’t understand why this isn’t presented as an option in the article.
I remember talking with my Canadian friends about the whole “all wheel drive” thing just... last week. Apparently, in Canada, snow tires are mandated in some places, and it’s just generally understood that snow tires work, and all wheel drive is nice to have, but secondary to snow tires.
Good.
This was the largest aspect ratio Disney could afford. Should they, therefore, be made the subject of fun?
I do the exact opposite; I stand up as soon as the plane takes off
Do you know what I do when the plane lands? Nothing. I sit there and relax while all the busy bees trip over themselves and get angry and work their blood pressure up trying to get two minutes ahead of each other, and when they’ve finished I leisurely stand up, grab my things, and saunter casually off. It is not…
I really, really hate that Maserati, Alfa and, to a lesser degree, Fiat have been left to anguish while they focus on putting big-screen infotainment in RAM and tacking a pick up bed on the back of the Wrangler.
I, for one, am glad that FCA graced us with new Alfa’s over more Fiats.
It’s Jack Ryan. He’s a B- character in a B- book series from a B- writer.
A new type of car by a new company costing over 100k brand new requires an $1800 repair maybe 4 years into ownership.
...get ready for some repairs!
I know someone who has a ‘90s era BMW who pulled a windscreen because it was leaking only to find that seals for said windscreen are worse than unobtainium. So now his car is rotting away with a perfectly fine windscreen, car and no seals.
You’re overlooking the point. It WOULD be small potatoes, and easy to deal with, had it been dealt with several years ago...
It’s a big deal because:
A faulty storage device contained in every vehicle, which based on the description of the problem, will have a 100% failure rate over time, and makes the vehicle completely innoperable. Sounds pretty bad to me.
I’m far from a Tesla enthusiast, but unless this is impossible or insanely expensive to fix (the Business Insider piece, in typical Business Insider style, gives no hint of what the repair cost might be), I’m not sure why this is a big deal. Cars have parts that wear out with time and use and require replacement.
Typical Tesla haters! First it was expecting the build quality to be at least on par with a Corolla, then it was expecting the $35k car to actually launch, now you want the car to be viable for more than five years? Stop hatin' on my guy E-Musk!
Street races suck, I’d rather have another road course race (although this one I’m sure will be completely flat, so boo to that).
