I’m an engineer. My experience in college was that a lot of the dudes were actually pretty excellent and accepting. A small but INCREDIBLY VOCAL minority were fucking intolerable. My experience in industry has been the same. A lot of good, a smaller portion of really really loud bad.

I don’t know if this should really be called gentrification. It’s weed going corporate... which is the inevitable evolution of any successful legal product in a capitalist country. It’s like when your favorite restaurant becomes successful, opens up 5 new restaurants, and becomes like every other mediocre restaurant.
