Just give everything time. At my last job it was so hard to make “work friends” which was new to me. And don’t be too hard on yourself for not grasping stuff as fast as you would like. You’ll probably be overwhelmed several times a day but it’ll get better. Good luck and congrats!

Yeah, with Gawker gone we inherited a lot of them. It gets obnoxious.
