I really feel like we are sitting on a powder keg and something has got to give. Just one spark and shit is going to go off. Both domestically and foreign policy wise, I have a deep sense of foreboding.

That would be a satisfyingly humiliating way for him to go.
At this point, I actually believe what he said about how he could just walk into the street, shoot someone, and get away with it. All he does is commit crimes, and he never pays for it.
He knows his long-ass ties will get caught.
As someone who has also worked in government records management, why aren’t the fools making a copy and giving him the copy already?
Interesting how Trump’s techno-phobia extends to a paper shredder as well
As someone who works in government records management, my heart goes out to the poor staffers whose job it is to tape his papers back together.

A part of me wishes that there was no focus on them since they can get shit done, with no eyes on them. The other part reminds me of how fucked up it is to not be able to celebrate our success and how I’ve seen covert celebration since I can remember.

This place is barely friendly for Americans.
The logic is clear: this woman could have resisted her captors, been raped, tortured and most likely killed. Then her corpse could’ve applied for asylum. When will these people learn respect for the process?
How do we broadcast worldwide that the US is not the place to go for asylum anymore? Go to Canada. Or Mexico. Or another Central American country.
And somehow with this news, white racists will go there and fuck it up.
This is amazing! I would love to see a side-by-side comparison of prison reform, recidivism, police accountability, and community trust in South Fulton compared to, say, Oklahoma city where the criminal justice system is overwhelmingly white.
