I think we need a larger data set: more municipalities with black women in office. Once we have a few hundred municipalities in which all offices are held by black women, we can begin to get accurate data on how those municipalities compare to other municipalities. 

This place is barely friendly for Americans.

The logic is clear: this woman could have resisted her captors, been raped, tortured and most likely killed. Then her corpse could’ve applied for asylum. When will these people learn respect for the process?

How do we broadcast worldwide that the US is not the place to go for asylum anymore? Go to Canada. Or Mexico. Or another Central American country.
