Is there a reason why you think “all taxes” and “federal income taxes” are the same thing? Are you actually that ignorant about the various types of taxes that people pay, or are you just one of those “47% of Americans pay no taxes” idiots who think you can delude people by conflating the two?

The issue is that in some Southern states there are damn few places to go to get your ID. It takes a whole day and often giving up a day’s pay from your shitty job in addition to whatever the fee is.
