I find the unrelenting passage of time to be alarming as well so I’m going to have to side with the police on this one.
Well, like any fraud, it is the result of a person who makes a decision under false pretenses; the lines of which are drawn by juries who investigate each element of the deception. It is a deliberate act by the accused, which the court must establish has occurred.
That’s all well and good, and I think it certainly applies to this case, but where do you draw the lines for what is “fraudulent sex”?
