A delightful book called “Like Water for Chocolate”. Magical realism and mexican food for the win!

Ugh, I hated it! It made my eyelashes so feel so friggin brittle and was almost impossible to get off. I used waterproof eye makeup remover pads AND makeup wipes and still had raccoon eyes after washing my face.

Sigh, I love Sutton Foster but if she's not in a hoop skirt singing about her dead sister Beth - I'm not interested. I actually tried to watch this but I cringed so hard I had to have someone help pull me from between the couch cushions.

Ma'am, you are doing to Lord's work today. I think I may have actually broken land speed records in order to get that jasmine toothpaste in my life as soon as possible. This blog is quickly becoming my favorite. Thanks!

This was fantastic! The Chesapeake series by Nora Roberts is probably one of my desert island top five - which I stole from my younger brother when we were kids. It's my literary version of my holey, crappy sweater from college that I just can't throw away.

This is without a doubt the greatest thing I have ever read on the internet. Quick! - Where else can we send Kara?

Here's my nugget, Hannah.

Madonna is a mess. I saw a pair of ass cheeks clad in fishnets and *knew* deep in the core of my being that they had to be hers because....who else?

Ugh, raisins are nothing but humiliated grapes that ruin every party they show up to (cinnamon rolls, scones, muffins, cookies, etc) with their crippling low self-esteem.

my verdict on that is: nah, son. Tryna eat some carbs over here. You do you, though, girl. That is why you are a supermodel and I am a writer with spread-ass from sitting all the time.

No way could I create a creature as cute as this!

I'm the only lesbian my Catholic relatives know so at least 5 of them have me this on Facebook to voice both their outrage and support. *cue the Liz Lemon eye-roll gif*

I am too thrilled that stuff like this is on Jezebel! I don't think I've read a story where the folks in the pictures looked like me LOL

This is amazing and I'm pumped and everything but are we ever going to see"The Last Five Years"? I know it premiered at TIFF what feels like a million years ago but then it seems to have died a small dignified death. :/
