I love the shape of the 77-79 rancheros/torinos/ltds, i especially love the station wagon version. When i was in vancouver i saw a daily driver with faded mint green paint, probably the original, and no rust either (which was rather strange, considering the location). I fell totally in love with that shape.

What's whith all these datsuns? Anybody got a datsun fetish?

The Ford is a cool car. Imagine Chip Foose getting a hand on one of those.

I love the ford. To hell with the rotary crap.

This new design totally sucks. I hated it on all the other gawker sites, and i hate it even more on my favourite car site. :(

What a nice 73' challenger! :)

@Turboner: WTF.... that's theft..

Hm... aparently not. I just asked about a delivered pizza price in the us... about $11 i was told. I'm paying about 5 euros, roughlt $6.7 for the most expensive delivered pizza i can get.

In europe pizza prices are normal, despite high gas prices. Why would they increase in the us?

The chrome doesn't look too bad. And i wonder how the body looks once you remove the mud/rust with a water pressure washer. The interior is gone of course and the engine needs a total rebuild too. But once the dirst is removed, the car shouldn't look as bad as bad.

Looks awesome.I hope they keep that design till the production version.

It's just a damn facelift. And an ugly one.

MrGuts: I knew it! :)

Does that "guts torino" mean what i think it does (72' gran torino 429)? :)

The car is so high at the front, that it almost looks like the engine compartment is empty. Maby it is. :)

Looks dead ugly and nothing special.

Poor LTD...

r!!! wtf... i didn't hit enter..

I want more pics of that awesome Black 68' Charge

I absolutely LOVE the interior. Looks fantastic!!!
