Yes, but Jax's injury and it killing his family's hopes (IIRC, he couldn't afford college despite his intellect, so sports was his way to get in and help his family) definitely hurt his confidence. He's not Oliver Queen-level mopey, but he definitely has self-doubt issues.

Nope. It wasn't the awesome forked van dyke. It was a stupid bushy beard. All of the hype and they got it wrong.

There needs to be a scene in this season of Arrow of Oliver making some speech and Dig and Laurel having the "forget it, he's rolling" exchange.

All of the hype of Amell finally sporting facial hair and it wasn't even the proper forked van dyke, but a bad bushy beard. Come on now.

Oh come on Rip, take the team to Hell. John Constantine needs to be saved!

Dig and Barry are probably just chilling at the bar with Lyla.

#saveconstantine is applicable again.

Loss of magical powers aside, how did Darhk go from demolishing Oliver in hand-to-hand in "Dark Waters" (and the start of this episode) to getting taken down in two punches?

Barry: "Thank goodness for Vixen!"

Yeah, a missed moment of Felicity joyfully realizing she can walk again, and deciding to walk out on him. Just a moment of "I can do this! Wait, Idea!" would have been great.

Yeah, I agree on Darhk being oblivious to the identity thing. In the past I could buy it, but tonight he had a prolonged conversation with the Green Arrow, in heavy light. He should be able to figure it out.

That ending. There's a famous quote from State Senator Clay Davis of the HBO show the Wire that sums up our collective response.

Yay, Deadshot! I missed him.

An erudite caveman.

Agreed. The story needs to do more work with Savage, but Crump is great in the role so far. Looks the part and sells "vicious yet erudite immortal" well.

I disagree. On the crossover, he was a bad stalker. More active, sure, but here we get to see the, no pun intended, savage viciousness mixed with erudite class of someone who's lived for millennia.

Well, one person was frozen into an icicle by Snart at the start of that fight. You can even hear a "clink" as his iced-over body hits the floor. That was about it though. It's a start/

Right? She's Proxy. She literally is the character Proxy from the comics. Use the name.

You know Neal McDonough would have nailed that scene.

Yeah, Felicity not noticing him in the crowd is odd.
