It looks like next week we're getting the start of a myth arc and long-term story, which is good. I was worried we'd have to tread a few more "case of the week" episodes before we got to Papa Midnite.

I just saw that, and spent a good few minutes laughing hysterically. Truly genius.

Loved this episode, loved it so much. This was the "Joan Watson is Awesome Hour" and I loved it. I missed this show and its wit, creativity, diversity, and great acting so much.

Get Michael Pitt as Johnny, Shane Carruth as Reed (and as the director), Amy Seimetz as Sue, and Mads Mikkelsen as Doom and you have the perfect FF film.

Watch him get recruited by Cold.

Yeah, never saw Prison Break, but heard it was good. Enjoyed Stoker quite a bit. Miller's an interesting kind of actor, a tough guy who is more of an intellectual. Good casting for Snart.

Miller made it work. From the rules straight from the comics, to just being a smart as hell criminal, to rocking that parka, being nice to the kid, and getting away. Loved it. The look to Cisco was just the cherry on top.

That kiss at the end was so far more rewarding than any scene between Barry and Iris or Oliver and Felicity/Sara/Laurel.

Those two really have better chemistry than Barry and Iris. I mean, this episode basically seemed to be asking why the Barry-Iris thing is still going on.

In a snazzy blue pinstripe suit.

I liked, at least, that they touched back on her Feminist roots with her takedown of Kennedy.

How can we pay Sting to cosplay Constantine and go mess with Alan Moore?

*Cut to the Stardust-style chorus of ghosts of the dead characters. Nucky suddenly appears*

This episode sealed the deal for me: Shea Whigham needs to play Ben Grimm/The Thing in a Fantastic Four film. Preferably co-starring and directed by Shane Carruth.

I did. I was all prepared to get emotional hearing that theme one last time (well, in the show).

If Tommy was supposed to be 17 or something it might have worked. But he's supposed to be 13-14, so the age difference with the actor really stuck out.

Cut to NYC, in the aftermath of the finale, where Luciano receives word of Nucky's fate. "Wait, Darmody? Darmody's kid? Man that family was messed up."

Exactly. I thought the Lusitania reference was simply one character's motives for enlisting, not a dating reference. Tommy had to have been born at the end of 1917 at the earliest.

Painted plain white face mask from Party City that I'm cutting up to size, plus scars and makeup underneath.

Ghost!Rothstein next to him: "Don't worry, it's the effort that counts."
