Its likely the developer was not aware of Microsoft's policies for its new console when they started making it. They are probably way too deep into development to simply not release it.

I actually prefer the more detailed look of brawl. The only reason brawl doesn't blow 4 out of the water is because 4 is HD resolution which makes these zoomed in clips look cleaner.

PS plus is awesome, my biggest complaint is I have a huge backlog of games I have yet to play. not such a bad thing, especially when your game budget drops to zero and realize you have 10+ games you have been meaning to check out.
