Valve is going to unveil Steam's "Big Picture" mode (a special Steam layout for bigger screens) at this year's E3.

That would be awesome, there are some truly awesome stuff in there. But I think there are legal impediments in keeping the video files for more time than that in contract. Sucks, but I don't think that it is something Nintendo can do much about.
