That speech summed up:

I see a lot of commentary around this suggesting to some degree that the ACLU has ‘sold out’. To that end, I say that its fair to assess that the 2nd amendment must be curtailed in order to balance the 1st. US Citizens are given the freedom to “peaceably assemble”. Showing up with your small army of white supremacist

Seems like a solid end game to have a reason to cut all the non-profitable sports with no regards to Title IX.

Indiana also has strict voter ID laws, so even IF a resident happens to be able to make it this select location in Marion County, they need a valid state identification for their vote to be counted. These two factors in coalition makes it incredibly unlikely for a strong minority turnout.

It’s simply mind blowing that the requisite that might be the most essential for a ‘democracy’ is sold so short to citizens in modern day America.

I saw an interesting twitter thread the other day talking about the economics of the placement of ATM’s. One of the most logical places to have an ATM is in a courtroom, so defendants can have access to there own money during arraignments to set bail if need be; yet not a known court room (to my knowledge) has this

So, you would rather wash out minority groups and give them no election/voting/political power or voice? There is a difference in both the positive and negative outcomes that arise from the definition of gerrymandering you seem so attached to.

Narcos season 4: bail bond it like Beckham edition.

Hello, police here, do you have a license for killing buzzes

How much longer do you think Messi reasonably has (even in his inhuman form) before Neymar could naturally succeed him as the ‘man’?

What does Neymar think he is getting closer to? Zlatan used to score 50 goals a season and get no where near Balon d’Or levels.

The huge problem with the technology and science behind drawing districts is that the field ‘experts’ all come from partisan backgrounds. The resources and capital behind creating independent voter districts lacks far behind that of partisan divisions.

The Chicago district mentioned in this video is actually not a great example of gerrymandering. It is drawn in that way to keep a particular hispanic community in tact, which is progressive in the terms of election law in the manner it gives significant voting power to a minority.

The issue of gerrymandering really sums up modern day politics in American. Republicans do everything to win at all cost, while the Dem’s biggest weakness is their will to take moral high roads.

At some point, your subjective evaluation of what an ‘ignorant’ and ‘uninterested’ vote is gives different values to certain human lives. I would contend from an ethical stand point that this practice can be quite problematic.

After spending three years in the Sport Industry on the operations side, I will whole heartily say that people will truly do anything to feel as though they are on the inside or have special access to a sports entity or organization.

He was just so wong on so many levels.

‘national security’.

Our president, who wont release his own tax returns, wants every voters social security number, date of birth and political affiliation.
