Dude. its only 150kw. Your tea kettle is 1.8kw. It takes it 10ish minutes to make it boil water.
To vaporize all the water between the plane and me, instantly, would require substantially more than 100 times the power of your tea kettle.

Furthermore, that 150kw rating is the peak power required to generate the laser.…
