I’ve said it before, but the charge times are somewhat negligible on fast chargers as many can endure the extra 20-30 minutes on top of normal car fuelling.
For some jobs, like truck drivers, yes. For other jobs that require technical knowledge and training, like tool and die makers, manufacturing set up, and skilled trades, the issue isn’t salaries.

The fun thing about VWs is that parts interchangeability is rampant. Want firmer bushings? Some Skoda or SEAT that rides on the same chassis will have firmer bushings you can swap in. Stiffer sway bars? The GLi sway bars will fit, and the mounting points will be there. Bigger brakes? You can do that too, probably. …
