I'm comparing comedians not women.
It is totally legitimate to compare and contrast people in the same profession.
Where would baseball be without the batting average?

That's MY point!
Why go dark!
Go to the light!

Find something better to do.

Nope.
It was Bing.
Dude was a pretty hip musician.
One of the first people to perform with a legitimately integrated band.

I'm not the clown who compared Notaro to Schumer.

Let us know when Tig's movie script gets picked up by the #1 comedy producer in Hollywood.
Writing and acting for films and TV is not the same as standup.
I doubt Tina Fey can do standup on the same stage as Tig but I'll bet Tig wouldn't last very long at SNL.
Amy can do all 3 writing, acting and standup.
Tina Fey can't

Plastic Ono band is one of the great recordings of the 20th Century.

It was Bing's idea.

What was the point of that exactly?

The Grylls show was sensational!
Hudson Literally made him get her a plastic bag full of snow so she could ice down her face in the morning.

I'm a bit sad to see all the slamming of NBC.
They DID put that show ON TV in the first place.
It never got any ratings yet it stayed on for 3 seasons!
That showed belonged on pay cable but they all apparently passed.
So thanks NBC for giving this show a chance…
and then a second chance…
and then a third.

It was always the lowest HUT* level night of the week even in the 1960's.
People just like to go out on Saturday nights especially in summer.

NBC actually had a very good year ratings wise.
One of it's best in a very, very long time.
Hannibal is, was and always will be a paid cable network show that for some crazy reason found its way to broadcast.
I praise NBC for not only having the 'nads to put it on but to run it for 3 seasons!

I would say the Johnny Worriker films by David Hare were the best British dramas of recent vintage.
They of course were TV movies and not series.
While the writing and acting were first rate Hare should have turned the directing over to someone else.
Calling them stagey would be an understatement.
I'm sure budgets had

"but overall the series suffers from the same problem that blights so many British TV dramas: it's chronically under-developed, at least three re-writes away from being a proper grown-up show with a solid plot and realistic cake-baking sequences."

Why is AVClub still wasting its time on this?
If you are going to follow 'B' TV why not The Last Ship?

Haywire is underrated.

AUDIO LEVELS!
The dude it wailing like a top 40 DJ (ew btw) and the woman sounds like a geisha talking behind a fan.
Someone has to ride a mixing board to compensate for these dramatically different sound levels.

Humor is so personal.
I'm totally loving this show.
This episode in particular really locked the show in for me.
ALL the actors in this show are first rate.
Even the secretary that they have to persuade to use the phone was very, very good.

There were no '59 Tuckers.
He only made 50 in 1948.
