I got the Orbi for my in-law’s country compound in part because it uses separate channels for its backhaul between the nodes. Works great among three buildings, one of which is made from a shipping container and one has metal siding.

The conversion preserved the Pacifica’s good looks. I like that it doesn’t have that awkward ass-high stance that most of these types of vans have.

You can already get a 13" Macbook Pro without touch bar for $1300. Not only does B&H have it, but I walked into my local Micro Center yesterday and they were on sale for $1300 too. The keyboard is different feeling for sure, but I wouldn’t say “worse”.
