This is part of the reason that the founders created the electoral college. Because they knew then, and it has not changed, that the American people are too stupid to directly elect their leaders. They need somebody smart to do it for them. Alabama needs an electoral college for ALL their elections

It’s official. We have entered into a banana republic. When a leader starts persecuting their political rivals, that’s the beginning of the end. There is no level too low for this man to stoop to. Be careful that he does not step down when his time comes to end. and that time cannot come too soon.

Really just goes to his complete lack of any attention span. Totally ADD. The activity keeps him occupied for about 5 seconds and then he is finished. Like almost everything he does... his marriages, his businesses, his policies.
