How is it even possible that any law could state that “freedom of expression must not have any negative consequences”? The US Constitution doesn’t have that and we are supposed to be the gold standard for freedom of speech.

I am seeing just another example of stock manipulation. Trump tweets something and stocks rise and fall. Who is making money off the rise in Ford stock? Lockheed’s fall? Boeing’s rise?
