You’re right, diets don’t work. However, making smaller changes to eating habits you can maintain over years or forever will have a big change. I stopped drinking soda a few years ago, made no other changes, and lost 20 pounds within two months and have kept that weight off since. 

I think the Virginia comparison is apt. Michigan plays a style that could easily win them the tournament or easily see them lose during the first weekend depending on whether shots are falling or not.
