Now for the guy perspective: he’ll be stoked. You’re aware of the double standard, and the way the standard applies to him is that the unwritten rule for guys now is ‘don’t hit on your server(s)‘. They’re just working for tips, trying to do a good job, don’t read into it and make it weird.

WANTED: Scared orange feline to take up residence under furniture for 48 hours and then be wary around its actual owners for the rest of time. Clawing out toddler eyes not optional.

There used to be a Krispy Kreme on my hospital rounding route so soon after it opened I stopped to pick up a dozen for the nurses at my first stop. They gave me a free donut fresh off the lne. I later learned they do that for everybody, but I thought it was because they had just opened. This had two effects:

For those of you backing the wife because of the server’s “attitude”, fuck you.  If you had just spent the better part of an hour providing good service only to be treated like a fucking four-year old (with no background information to understand what was happening) then the “attitude” is forgivable, if not…
