It’s not only death and orphaning, but declining health. The child —a female child, in particular— will be put in the position of caregiver to her elderly parents when she’s still at age to require caregivers of her own.

It doesn’t matter if they have “backup” or not. At that age, they could both kick the bucket any day now. That child is a Thing. An object to make them feel better and to complete their lives before they kick it.

I understand the pressure to have a child of your own - especially for women, but they’re not fucking children! They’re grown ass motherfuckin’ adults. They should KNOW that a child is not an object! You don’t get one to fix your life or make it complete!

It would be nice if, just once, instead of making yet another set of cute bras in a b cup they could do one cute bra for the over DD crowd. Or at least make one in a color other than black, white or dome tone of beige.
