Everybody gets wound up about Snatch Game being “the worst ever in season X”, but it has ALWAYS been very hit and miss. Consistently, a few queens kill it, a few are safe, and a few suck. If we’re lucky, the ones who suck are such a hot mess that they are still fun to watch (S4 bottom row, I’m looking at you.)

I think the Filipino comment definitely is the part that’s really problematic here (I am Filipino). It kinda touches on a really sensitive subject about Filipinos in comparison to other Asians.

Oh, please. I’d much prefer it if white women were clear that they had white privilege, which is what Michelle Wolf specifically did in one of her last appearances on the Nightly Show. You know what happens when white women are “fine” with being mistaken for black?

Yep. They want to “help” without actually having to change anything or upset their comfort levels in any way. It’s the “overcome, just...over there” mentality.

I clicked on the tweet and one of the responses was a white women who talked about how these white parents go and pay thousands of dollars for tutoring to pass the tests. And then not only that pay psychologists for fake diagnoses or so they can get into gifted programs or be able to take tests with no time limits.   

The behavior of the parents is why I laugh when folks try to tell me a public school education is equal regardless of if you live in the city or the suburbs.

Ok yes there is a difference. Power dynamics are involved, especially when men abuse women. Men are typically more physically imposing and use that to hurt women. So yeah theres a difference.
