FF became a hit due to turn based battles, good stories and big cinematic. Keep doing THAT and you’ll have no issues.

Like they understand that the series has to evolve along with games as a whole, but they keep making weird decisions about how to do that and often just sort of force gaming fads into FF with really mixed results. The MMO idea for FF was just stupid, the sequels aren’t a horrible idea but have had pretty mixed execution. I am cautiously pessimistic about XV personally
