"If I fancy someone, I won't lay a finger upon them until I am convinced of their eagerness"

20 sexual partners doesn't seem like that many really when you think about it

"Your child is homosexual, where do you want to raise said child?"

I'm a guy who is pretty sure I have. Some years back I was living in a new city and didn't know a lot of folks. I'm have always had a lot of close friends in the queer community, so one place I started to go regularly was a tiny little gay bar about a 40 minute walk from my apartment. I'm a bit of a loner and was

or (4) that the majority of people who think they have been roofied don't generally go to the hospital.

Right, the reason piracy exploded originally, and I'm going back to like Napster, is that the entertainment industries informally colluded to control the means of distribution and set prices at rates that consumers sort of felt were unfair. Or I guess it would be more accurate to suggest that market forces allowed and

I actually didn't really like Glory all that much. I mean obviously she was a huge step up from Adam, but discounting the ridiculousness of Season 4, I'd have to say she might be my least favorite big bad. Season 5 overall was pretty excellent, but Glory just never did it for me. Sort of like how Ronan was the weakest

Yeah I agree, the season I most often hear folks complain about is Season 4, followed distantly by Season 7. For me personally, my order of favorites is Season 2, Season 6, Season 3, Season 5, Season 7, Season 1 and Season 4. Season 4 is by far the worst.

Yeah it's a fine line to walk. If we don't acknowledge that a crime victim is autistic, we risk obscuring the fact that people with autism are more likely to experience crime, but if we do we risk obscuring their individuality

uhh, gladly, especially Season 4 which was just atrocious.

I get where you are coming from and agree that it is important to distinguish people from their diagnoses. On the other hand, folks with diagnosed developmental disabilities suffer extremely high rates of physical and sexual violence, harassment and abuse, and not acknowledging individual cases of this makes it

I think unfortunately the Utah Supreme Court disallowed that type of common sense search though.

Also, even if that were true. The refusal to do any sort of search to respect the rights of conceal carry folks also allows anyone to enter the venue with a gun. Whether they have a conceal carry permit and a legal firearm or not. So even if we can trust that people with concealed carry permits wouldn't be a threat,

"Buffy in Season 6...considered one of the weaker seasons."

Yeah seriously. If she was making it all up, she would have committed a crime that is now be being investigated by multiple police departments and the FBI. That would in no way help her career.

That's a problem for sure. At the very least, there needs to be an exception for when specific threats have been made.

Yeah but even then the shooter could have just killed a bunch of attendees. The threat wasn't just that he was going to kill Sarkeesian, it was that he was going to kill a whole bunch of people. Just like the shitwizard who called in the bomb threat against an event she was speaking at a few weeks ago

I get where you are coming from, but people do sometimes commit crimes with legal firearms. I think it would be reasonable for Utah to allow concealed carry and still when there are very specific threats ask folks to check their firearms at the door, or at the very least do a pat down/ask folks to declare any weapons

dear human race, this is why we can't have nice things

"Being anonymous is exactly the reason why many people can voice their opinion, be it right or wrong."
